Product works as advertised. When fully charged, the battery life is okay. Our dog is definitely cautious when wearing a collar. 3 phases work as expected. She seems to catch herself barking one day and hearing a beep. There aren't many instances when she comes to the 2nd or 3rd bark and shocks her. Happy with the product. She rarely barks and we sleep much better at night than when she barks at every little thing and noise. Would buy a second one in a heartbeat if we had a dog.
