Inexpensive way to spot a potentially costly problem

Easy to use. We had an old leak that was "fixed" a few years ago. Recently we thought we noticed a different color scheme on the ceiling. I didn't feel any difference, but the device indicated the presence of moisture. It will also come in handy in the cabin of our sailboat.
