If you are a bike enthusiast, you have seen such bags before. It attaches under the seat with Velcro straps that run around the seat rails. There is also a short Velcro strap that attaches around the seatpost to help stabilize it. That's enough for a spare tube, folding tire, repair kit, wallet and cell phone, if you're careful. Along with the bag you also get two sheets of stickers, a confusing but thankfully unnecessary instruction manual, and a small bag that can be used for identification. It doesn't fit well under the Brooks suspension saddle on the bike I was planning to use it on, but it should fit well under most unsprung saddles as long as you have a fairly open seatpost.
