I've had my eye on DALSTRONG knives for a long time but was nervous about making changes as there are several reviews online saying it's a marketing ad. I saw this set and decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did. Firstly these knives are beautiful and well packaged in a nice box. The twin knife was very sharp, well balanced and I personally like that it's a bit heavier than my old twin knife. The Birds Beak knife was interesting to me because I never used it. go to my food Was handy for removing veins and semen and again was very comfortable, very sharp and the weight was perfect for me. Serrated knife, I don't know if I'll ever need it, but who knows! If I never use it I can still show it off along with my other knives. I will be buying more DALSTRONG knives in the near future as I complete my new collection. This will be my new brand for getting quality knives at an affordable price.
