Dangerous product

I don't usually like to write very negative reviews, but this product is DANGEROUS. I shouldn't have been tempted by the extremely low price. The grip and the "keep cool" grip are not the same at all. It doesn't matter whether you heat the water with the handle upwards, at an angle or slightly to the side. Maybe I got a defective one. But the handle gets hot. I started boiling the water just to test it and before it even boiled (because it wasn't whistling yet) I went to adjust its position on the burner and almost dropped it. The handle was so hot. I can't imagine if a senior or a child would reach for it as they are easily scalded. Someone else here mentioned in a review that it feels like it's made out of old soup cans. It's probably the thinnest stainless steel. And back to the handle, the steel in the handle itself is so thin it feels like strips are being cut from an aluminum can. Only three tiny welds keep it on the kettle. It seriously seems like it's only going to be a couple of weeks before one of them free-jumps. And it's very noisy when it's cooking. A rumbling sound as it begins to boil. A noise I can easily live with, but a pen that's too hot to touch is dangerous and makes it a non-purchasable product in my opinion.
