Oster doesn't care about his customers.
My toaster arrived without one of the four non-slip rubber feet. It wobbles, but not positively. I contacted Auster and they told me this part was out of stock. are we kidding I would send another toaster before risking a review like this! Forget oyster boys. They are not interested in making customers happy. I went to the hardware store and bought 4 rubber pads for my toaster. I didn't expect Auster to make amends. Just another company that sells and forgets.
