Beautiful rugs, TERRIBLE packaging ruining them!? I am stunned
These mats are great BUT - they are badly dented and damaged from the way they are packaged! It's shocking they look great until you reach the end and see the heavy creases as shown in the picture. I order 2, both are the same. I have no idea what to do. You throw away your cello/plastic and think about what to do. You look terrible. I was hoping that after rolling the creases would be corrected, but that doesn't happen. It's crazy that a company that designs and sells rugs should ship them damaged. I feel sorry for the company owners.
