The customer service was great! I do not have any dislikes at all. The system works well, and it can be used by both small businesses and large corporations. It does what it says it will do, and it works flawlessly! They were quick to answer questions, help with setup, etc. I would highly recommend them. We recently hired RISO to manage our employee time sheets and employee attendance. This has been very beneficial because we can now easily monitor attendance on a daily basis. We also use this system to generate monthly invoices. For us, everything went smoothly. Their customer service department helped set up the system so that it fit our unique needs. They are always available if you need assistance.
