I do aqua aerobics and my women's size is an 8. I ordered a 7th and they were huge so I downsized to a 6th. They're still big, but I needed the shoes so badly that I didn't want to try on A-shoes. The grip is great for the bottom of the pool too. They're not as good as the Ryka pool shoes, but they're half the price and still have plenty of cushioning and great traction.
