Review on Catit Nylon Adjustable Collar Breakaway Cats by Kate Moon

Good quality detachable cat collar

Having bought several detachable cat collars from Petsmart etc. I can say that these cat collars are much stronger and the metal tag holder is of much better quality. The problem with detachable collars is that they can come off too easily. These collars are much better than those sold in big stores (which usually fall off within a week and get lost under sofa cushions), but I noticed that taking them off and putting them on a few times seemed to make them look more vulnerable, to pop out easier. So if you need a collar for your cat, it's a lot nicer than the collars sold in pet stores, but they can start to "break" if you put them on and take them off your cat repeatedly, although not like that a lot of. easy and just as often as collars from Petsmart etc. Honestly I've never seen a cat collar that stays in place when needed but also comes off in a dangerous situation. And with cats, it's better to have a collar that comes off too easily than one that doesn't come off when it needs to. But if you are thinking of buying a cat collar from a big store, save your money and buy one of these - much better quality! And with the money you save, chip your cat. And remember - the only safe cat is the house cat.
