Review on Highpoint RocketStor 6114V Raid 5 USB 3.1 Gen 2 4-Bay Storage Enclosure by Mario Olmos

When it comes to installing 3.5" HDD in all 4 bays, DO NOT buy this product. There is no room for airflow and the hard drives quickly overheat, leading to failure. The airflow design is very limited, which leads to these problems. I settled on the Mediasonic after trying this one and although the Mediasonic 4's duct is small the low airflow is not restrictive and according to the data I have not had any issues with the Mediasonic Please think twice before you buy this product. SSD = ok2 3.5 HDD = ok All other configurations = bad
