Stale bread is cheap and so boring he didn't even cut the first loaf. He simply rips off the top of the raw dough. The basket seems well made, but even though I floured it as directed, the top of my loaf didn't stick well to the top of my dough, leaving an ugly mess of dough that was very difficult to pull off. The product image is misleading. The top middle item on the product photo is just a photo with instructions on the back asking you to leave a review. They will then email you and ask you to leave a review. It's just a dumb car so stop spamming me with reviews or you'll get 2 stars! I had to buy another proofing basket which is available for pennies more.
