I bought a computer and found that it appears to already have a Windows 10 'key' in it. I get the error "We can't activate Windows on this device because the product key has already been used on another device." AMAZING that you are selling a computer in this condition! I tried to replace it but was told that you can't replace it since it's an "updated" computer. Wow. Updated? Truth? So I understand the answer. I called Revain support, they can't help. sent to asus, they can't help they say one of the supervisors will call back they don't call I call them back they say they will call me at 24-48 "working hours" (this is now Thursday so see you Monday) the Send original key. It seems that on the activation page NOW I have an option to enter the original key but. Ok I will wait. Revane could just send me another computer. But I think it will break them.
