I bought a computer and found that it appears to already have a Windows 10 'key' in it. I get the error "We can't activate Windows on this device because the product key has already been used on another device." AMAZING that you are selling a computer in this condition! Sound technical data right before you buy. So for the price I think it's a worthwhile purchase. But after the first boot, installing all the applications and updating Windows took a very long time. Exceeded my expectations when I figured out how to convert Windows 10 Home S to Windows 10 Home without purchasing an upgrade to Windows 10 Pro. I like the low weight, the decent performance and the very long battery life. I've found myself using it more and more instead of my high-performance laptop. It also works great with all my Microsoft Office 2016 Pro applications. Finally there is a real laptop that you can comfortably use on your lap. The display is good, but not outstanding. No issues
