No instruction manual. No instructional DVD. No guarantee card. I'M JUST HAVING FUN. These are durable cones for use on electric drills. Ideal for buffing wheels or other narrow/odd buffing shapes. Don't use them on sharp or jagged surfaces and they're pretty durable. The orange cone is VERY hard. Yellow solid. and blue soft for finishing. A good product.
