
As others have pointed out, there is no LED here, just an incandescent bulb. I measured the current and it draws about 50mA compared to 20mA typical for an LED. It didn't hit the battery as hard as I feared and it's nice that it's not polarity sensitive, but it's still a big problem for a seller to lie in a product description. The switch side is marked SOKEN RK1-08. 16A 250V AC and no other ratings. Should I entrust him with 20A DC? For live ones this may be fine, but for interrupts DC is more difficult to interrupt (the arc is larger when interrupting since there are no zero crossings) and tends to damage the contacts. I'll do some thermal testing later and update this review. I sketched a little diagram of what I found inside the device. This is a DPST with a lamp connected between the two center terminals.
