Best Customer Engagement Platform - Amazing features and capabilities

The fact that it is able of delivering relevant, personalized messages at scale for all my customers in one place makes this tool very powerful! This platform has been an essential part if any CRM system I have used so far (Salesforce).
It allows me as marketer/sales leader with multiple accounts across different channels within various industries like Fashion & Retail or Automotive industry etc.,to be connected from anywhere which helps us manage sales activities effectively by providing insights about what are people looking out right now?
