Beautiful stocking but labor intensive
My grandmother always made a Bucilla felt stocking for the newest member of the family. They are beautiful! I love putting on stockings every year and thinking about my grandmother and how much she took care of her family. The oldest stocking in our family is over 60 years old and still in excellent condition. My grandmother has since passed away, so I took over the hosiery business. It was my first. I loved it. It took a lot of time. I probably spent 30+ hours on it but loved every minute. Very clear directions. I'm not a newbie to sewing/needlework,
