Can't speak to durability until next year but I CAN say they seem pretty good. Expected vinyl on the outside, pleasantly surprised by fluffy felt on the inside. They fit my 22.5-12 bus tires very well and roll very easily. The bungee mount on the front tires wasn't bad (even bent in half). There isn't enough room on the two rear tires for the bungee to reach between the tires, but by threading it through a loop and then doubling up the other side, the bungee was just right to straddle BOTH tires (it almost felt as if they were designed to be able to do it, but the instructions don't mention it). In general I am satisfied, I will buy more.
