I'm still working on mine. My first miniature. Joining the FB group is very helpful. The company is based in China. So if you need to get any missing parts it will take a few weeks but they were very helpful when I emailed them with something I thought I was missing. I had no missing parts. Everything was nicely packed. Some of the instructions are a bit funny but with common sense they can be easily deciphered and the group is very supportive and will help you. There are many, many books to collect and that's what I'm finishing up for now. I'm very picky, so it takes me more than 20 hours. Overall I think it's very good quality for the price. There are other kits that include chandelier batteries but they are much more expensive so this option is worth the money.
