Do not buy! Too bad I didn't read the reviews beforehand.

I was in a hurry to fit a filter to my sump, having just cleared debris from the drain pipes. Too bad I didn't read the reviews beforehand. The filter is made of heavy, matte material. While relatively clear, it conducts water very slowly and relies on a bypass at the top even in light rain. What I really need is something like a screen door or netting on a stick used for an aquarium. Something that lets water pass easily but stops leaves, needles, and grass. I will update this review if I find anything useful.
