Review on KIMISS Motorcycle Adjustable Windscreen Windshield by Jason Daves

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good price, difficult assembly.

Installed on Honda CTX700ND version without factory fairing. I installed an aftermarket Madstad windshield that is effective except for impact around my helmet and I bought this deflector to fix that. And it is. The materials are of good quality, especially for the money, but the instructions/illustrations are tiny and written in Chinese, making assembly difficult. In the end, the complexity of the assembly is worth it. After assembly, it is easy to install on the windshield, and easy to adjust to different positions. After trying different positions, I found one that eliminates all shock at speeds up to about 75 mph. For the price, it's hard to beat. Just remember that most bumps on any motorcycle are caused by air flowing under the handlebars and over the tank. Luckily my windshield has a low center deflector to keep this at bay. Stability is excellent, surprisingly durable even on rough roads. I'm not sure why some other reviewers found them wobbly, perhaps poorly assembled, installed, or inconsistent in quality control. Overall, given the limitations mentioned, I think this product is worth the money.
