This item looked clean and new when it arrived - in a plastic envelope. There was no box, no manual, no software DVD. I don't think it was really worth the few bucks saved at original price as I had to search the internet for a printable PDF version of the manual. it would take 172 sheets of paper. Not worth sending back as the product really works. I just want to be advised that there will be no packaging, no manual and no software DVD either. If I had known that, I would never have bought this item.
