POOR QUALITY/WORKMANSHIP

This product lasted about 5 hours and then didn't pull the vacuum above 21 in/hg. I emailed ORION a week ago and still haven't received a reply. I took the vacuum pump apart and found a lump of residue, excessive wear on the vanes and what appears to be related to displacement issues. Three pictures say more than 1000 words. I used the right amount of Black Gold pump oil. DO NOT BUY. Retired mechanical engineer Tom
