There is a good assortment of aquarium supplies, fish, and aquatic pets at Norgail. However, it's hard to find your way through the website because of all the clutter. Poor product descriptions and incorrect labels plague the search function. While the costs are low, not everything is of great quality. It's hit-or-miss when it comes to customer support; some agents are helpful, while others don't appear to care about finding solutions. Furthermore, shipping times are not always reliable. Overall, Norgail shows promise, but she still has some growing to do.
