Review on 🖤 Black OFM Avenger Series Big and Tall Bonded Leather Executive Office Chair by Kim Savage

Edit: I received the missing part. The chair is very comfortable. I'm worried it won't hold up to everyday use, but that's what I ordered. So it's acceptable. I always hate when people write "reviews" that don't really relate to the product, but I feel like I should in this case. I ordered this chair because I liked it at work, so I found it at Revain for a pretty good price and ordered it for myself. I was really looking forward to receiving it. Then it arrived and the gas spring wasn't in the box with the rest of the chair. So the chair is completely useless. Hundreds of dollars and I can't even get the damn thing together. When I tried to file a complaint with Revain, they said I should contact the manufacturer about the missing parts. So I called OFM but they put me on the answering machine if you can imagine that. So I tried to email them explaining the situation. So far I have not received an answer from anyone. I WILL happily change this rating to five stars IF I receive the missing part. I KNOW I'm going to love this chair because I already love it. At the same time, I am very upset and will continue to persecute people until I resolve this situation.
