Very happy with this stand, adjustable depth, just note you have to loosen 16 nuts/bolts (both sides and top/bottom). No sagging even after I loaded all the hardware. I like open frame racks so you can access the back/side and cool gear. Comes pre assembled to the shallowest depth, also includes a small bag of nuts and cage bolts which I used for some of the lighter items I installed such as the patch panel and extension - I ended up using the thicker bolts I have for which had switches and the firewall that was slightly heavier.
