Collanders are one of those things I need but hate trying to find a place for them. I even bought a beautiful copper set to hang on the wall. However, my textured walls don't seem to hold anything, so they just fall down in the middle of the night and scare me. I've seen collapsible bowls before and wondered if anyone had thought of doing the same thing with sevens. Of course they are. (I'm guessing I'm not the only one with this problem.) I didn't technically need all of them for myself, but I did have to share one with my nephew, who goes to college. The rectangular one fits in my baking drawer and the round one fits in plastic containers or hangs on a pot rack. It's great, space-saving and practical. It holds up my large pasta pots and is easy to clean, dries quickly and makes me happier than a colander probably should be. (Don't judge. You're here too!) Some things in life should be this easy.
