I am so disappointed in this. There were no instructions, not even blueprints. I don't know how to move these things to the side to fit in the cup holder. Also, I'm not sure if I had to unscrew the plastic cap to connect the two pieces together. Do I have to unscrew something with a screwdriver to install it? I'm confused, don't know if I should return this or just hope I can set it up or someone else can help me. I will search for videos online. I ordered the one that fits in the cup holder but my order list says the one that sticks to the dash as does the video so I don't even have a video to figure out how to set it up. I tried to open it somehow with pliers because there is an arrow with the word open but I can't even open it with pliers. I can't figure out how to slide things out so they're in the cup holder. Why didn't they include INSTRUCTIONS? I will probably try to get my money back.
