Update: The company sent a replacement watch free of charge and no problems so far. I'm happy with them so far. My daughter loves her. My 8 year old daughter saved over 2 months to buy this watch. It worked fine initially, but stopped charging after only 5 weeks of casual wear. It comes with a charger that you plug the watch face directly into and it stops working. When you connect it to the charger, the red light usually shows that it's charging, but nothing happens at the moment. We also noticed that the watch falls apart easily when struck. I was walking alongside my daughter and she lightly bumped the handle/watch on my leg and the watch fell off (the dial came off the strap). Unfortunately, the return"window" has expired. It was only a 30 day return window. My daughter had to save almost $30 for this watch and it lasted just over a month. I contacted the company, let's see if they do something.
