Two snap-on lids don't hold!

This was the original equipment on my trailer, but is no longer used by the trailer manufacturer. I have replaced it 3 times in 4 years just because there was already a hole. It looks good but doesn't match the elements! 2 snap caps will crack and loosen over time. I am selling the trailer, otherwise I would try a different receiver. Also, the actual dimensions of the plate are 3" x 4".
