I bought this product hoping to make my mornings shorter. The search continues. My main problems: the cable doesn't rotate so it will eventually twist and lose its shape, the temperature options are LM or H which correspond to specific temperatures on the packaging, while using it I kept pressing buttons the entire time, because they're just in a bad place, they don't go through your hair. Tried on wet and dry hair. Both times I had to push my hair into a brush that wasn't a brush at all. These are slot machines. I have to hold a lot of hot hair for this to work, which wouldn't be too bad with a glove, but it's more work than blow drying, straightening, or curling my hair. I will literally never use it again. Maybe someone else has better luck. Advantages: heats up quickly, the packaging is professional and free, the cord is attached with Velcro, nice color, heavy and expensive.
