I intentionally waited about a month to use this product before writing this review. When I opened the packaging and looked at the product, I was a bit skeptical. It was very light and reminded me of a piece of styrofoam. Actually my thought was. it will never do what they announce. BUT . I was shocked after the first use. This is a tough little strip that completely removes softened calluses and handles tougher stuff with ease. I have very dry feet that develop thick calluses, crack and bleed. I use Pumi Bar at the end of every shower. After using this product for a week I was amazed at how good my legs looked. For me, my feet are developing and need constant care. However, today I can honestly tell you that they haven't looked this good since I was 5 years old. When I bought these I also used an Amopé Pedi Perfect foot file - an electronic pedicure tool - the regular rough blue one which I loved but needed a little more. This was the reason for this purchase. Sometimes I still use Amope as instructed on dry feet. If I had to choose between two. No doubt I would choose Mr. Pumice Ultimate Pumi Bar. The dark purple color is very rough and I use it on severely calloused areas. A medium firm light purple shade and I use it to groom areas I want to keep in good condition.
