Review on POWERTEC 13104X Blade 2 Inch 8 Inch: Premium Cutting Tool for Precision and Efficiency by Jason Regalado

After cursing the bandsaw for a time, a time longer than I care to admit, I finally have to admit the lack of knowledge that held it back. After learning everything there was to know about setting up a band saw and making all the necessary adjustments, I still found myself chopping with a saw. (No pun intended.) All I had to do to determine whether or not this saw would stand out in this business was swap out the blade. Saw setup is one thing. Blade related information is different. Do not give up the knowledge required for any of them. This morning I put the blade in the machine. It turned out that he cut a little to the left of the marked line. BUT THEN I remembered one thing that hadn't been tested yet. Was my slider on the saw table (not technically sure) accurate when set at 90 degrees. I found it about 1 degree out. Bingo! Correction to the slider and this new saw blade turned out to be perfectly straight. I gave this product 4 stars because I only used it for one day.
