Easy integration into our CRM system! Very responsive support team for questions or changes we may have had while setting up this program -- they are always quick at responding quickly when issues arise!! Would love it if there was an option in their software so I could see how much traffic each page received during any given day/weekend of event--that would help us gauge interest better as well. We've been using them since 2014 however haven't yet seen anything negative about having used these guys all those years now (they were recommended by another vendor). They do ALL OF THE WORK FOR YOU. From uploading files from excel documents which can be confusing sometimes depending upon formatting etc., through making sure everything goes smoothly once registered guests arrive via self checkin kiosks whereupon staff then scans tickets off guest's phones before issuing passes - no stress involved here; just trust epsilon folks who know what THEY'RE doing. !
