These comfortable dining chairs are exactly what they appear to be and are worth seeking out and waiting to find one that suits our space. The seat cushion feels a little soft for a new one. They feel like they've already been broken in, which at 5ft 2in makes them a bit short for me. But they should fit anyone of average or tall height. I hope the sled base will help keep my wild kids from tipping over. Faux leather (I assume it's a polyester or vinyl coated fabric) has a convincing look and is even labeled as real leather (which I agree). I just hope it doesn't wear out and crack over the years as I expect them to get a lot of use. I am very happy with this purchase so far!
