I'm so glad for your support how it works! I bought a beautiful cabinet from Revain. It assembles easily just in case there are extra screws. And it was packaged nicely. But the boxes have since been about 1/8 inch larger than they should be. And right after that I contacted Tim support for help. I requested some parts of the boxes with the right dimensions. The support team answered me very quickly. And they meant it and accepted my request. Then they offered me options: wait 6+ weeks for the requested parts or give me a new unit for free, even for shipping and I don't have to return the defective unit. And again they answered me so quickly and professionally. I received a new block in a few days! I will definitely recommend Walker Edison to all my friends! You are the best customer service!
