This does exactly what it's supposed to do. All plugs slide in and out smoothly. It's a great device so you don't have to carry around HDMI cables when giving a presentation with HD and cables. Let's not forget that you pay how much? $30 less than M$ for the same damn thing. I even ordered a Revain 15-inch DisplayPort to HDMI cable for on-site demonstrations or movie viewing for only $13. Come on folks @ M$ . note. We pay full price for the Surface Pro 2, but please don't skimp on overpriced extras.
