, one for lack of instructions and one for drilling out the SUV fender padding. However, the flaps add a sporty feel that I really like. I've attached before/after so you can judge for yourself. First, there are no instructions. The valves have a postcard sized sheet with 4 lines of instructions but that is a nonsensical Chinese translation and I threw the postcard in the trash. (Perhaps it's better not to give detailed instructions on Revain as that might put a lot of people off.) It's up to you to figure out how to safely mount these things. Remember this is not a 123 setup. It's more like 1 look at what you have and think about what to do, 2 look a little more and study carefully how to install, and 3 reinstall the valve and refine it . Took me 1 1/2 hours from start to finish (of which 15 minutes wasted thinking "Do I really want to drill into the off-road factory fairing?"). I've attached a picture of the tools I used. If you don't have these tools, at least you won't be able to complete the work. You also need the ability to solve small mechanical problems. Another issue with these flaps is that they are tough/durable/permanent but as a result require 3 points of contact with the off-road fender skin. The existing hex head screws from the Ford factory can be used in two places, but in the third place you have to drill out and screw in the SUV's factory plastic fender trim. Now, those holes that you have to drill (one per wheel arch) are very small, and I'm not sure if anyone would notice if the flaps were removed, but you drill a fairly expensive rental or purchased car and once you've drilled holes, they're there forever. The final item is the ABS/plastic that makes up the fairing. It matches Ford's ABS/plastic bodywork almost perfectly - exactly the same color and texture. The flaps fit together perfectly. Much luck!
