TopWigy was a wild experience when I went there to buy some new hair. What I received was not even close to the quality described on the website. The hairpieces were worn and tattered, suggesting that they had been worn before. What's more, the wig looked like it came straight from a Halloween store; let's not even go there. I found customer service to be unhelpful when I needed their assistance. It was like having a conversation with an inert and unhelpful object. I had to threaten to share my negative experience on social media before they would issue a refund, and even that was a battle. Overall, I would not recommend my time with TopWigy to anyone. You should explore elsewhere for high-quality hair care items. If you say that, I'll have to kill you!
