Review on Cordless Water Flosser Teeth Rechargeable by Ivan Cantrell

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Stopped pumping water after a few days

This review is for YaFex Portable Water Teeth Pick Cleaner. I love all of its features. Less than a week later, he stopped pumping water. The motor still runs and sounds the same, but no air or water comes out of the nozzle. I should have paid more attention to the 1 star reviews as this seems to be a common problem with this brand. Original rating changed to 8th. April 2021 After I posted a one star review about it from my family member, the seller contacted me to see if they could convince me to upgrade my review. They admitted that they had an issue with their third generation model and have since been able to resolve the issue. After several emails, the seller sent me a new "flosser" for evaluation and review. For context: I don't need new floss and am happy with the Panasonic unit I had. and has been used for years. Its design, simplicity and the fact that it runs on AA batteries make it perfect for me. Also after this review I will take a new pad and donate it to the Salvation Army on my next trip there. We have since ordered a different brand water trap for a member of my family which they are happy with. I had about a week to test the device, using it twice a day, and found that the main features were comparable to my old Panasonic. It has a nice feature that allows you to adjust the pressure in what is called "do it yourself" mode. The DIY mode works and I set up the device to my liking and get the pressure right. In contrast, my Panasonic water image had two settings. I've always used it in power saving mode and found it suited my needs; I received good feedback from my dental hygienist and the dentist confirmed the success of using it. The new water trap has two additional attachments, one with a soft tip which I threw away and one for tongue scraping which I have found to be comparable to my old spare teaspoon that works as well or better than anything else on the market , and It's free, portable and requires no batteries. My family member liked the device and looked like a guard for a few days. While this lasts a few more days. I do agree with the seller when he got back to me, confirmed that he had a problem and claimed to have solved it. The device they sent is still fully functional and if someone likes or needs its features then it will probably work for them.
