Update: I wouldn't buy these again. After a few washes they form coils that make them look old and ugly. I actually bought these for my daughter for her school uniform as girls joggers have a drawstring waist which is usually only used for show. They are dense, not too baggy and of excellent quality. She is 11 years old, slim and tall. Based on the reviews I bought them in sizes 8 and 10/12. Eight looks good on her. If you put them on a pair of 10/12 jogging pants she got from another company, they were exactly the same size, maybe even a little longer. So 8 is actually 10/12. She tried it on 10/12. While we could get away with them, they were a lot roomier and obviously a lot longer. I have ordered two more pairs at 8 but will keep 10/12 for future.
