Our cats both use it. Not dusty.
Our two cats agree to use this litter. Before we came across this filler, we used two different types of fillers. It took two boxes per cat, one for each function. It should have been in one of them. Glad to use it. Few things cling to the mess. The downside is that our cats get it everywhere as soon as they come out of their crates. So at the exit of the room we have a 1/2 inch thick square rug to catch the leftover food.
