I like that it can be used with multiple programs such as Adobe Acrobat, Office 365/Excel etc., so you don't have to use one program exclusively which is helpful in case there are problems or issues during processing.

It also has an option for voice recognition but only if your computer meets certain specifications (i5 processor). Sometimes when creating PDF files sometimes we get errors where parts will not print out correctly because they were cut off by another part being printed first causing them to run into each other making lines through text areas instead of cutting those sections away. This software helps solve this issue since everything prints at once now rather than having to try again later after going back over previously processed documents.
