I love that this software has so many different options for it's users, allowing us to choose what we want when editing reports or creating new ones. It is very easy to use and the customer service could not be better if they tried! They are wonderful people who really care about their customers needs. The only thing i don't like is how slow their support can sometimes be at responding to emails. But other than that everything else was great. We have been able to solve all our paper document…

I like that it can be used with multiple programs such as Adobe Acrobat, Office 365/Excel etc., so you don't have to use one program exclusively which is helpful in case there are problems or issues during processing. It also has an option for voice recognition but only if your computer meets certain specifications (i5 processor). Sometimes when creating PDF files sometimes we get errors where parts will not print out correctly because they were cut off by another part being printed first…
