So a friend of mine has a 2015 Ford Fusion, he recently had an issue where the check engine light came on and the car lost all power, he called me and came down to see what was there was a problem, luckily i bought a scanner and when i scanned his car it turned out to be a variable camshaft timing (VCT) solenoid. The way the scanner works works perfectly for me since I work in the auto repair shop. I couldn't take pictures but the code they gave me was P0022.
