Defective or just not the sharpest tool on the block!
Definitely surprised that this "expensive" sharpener doesn't sharpen! I have pharmacies that work better. I have to use duct tape to hold one of them in place, but the sharpening works better than any. It's probably gathering dust in my closet. No returns or exchanges if mine is defective.
