Review on Definery by John Clark

The team is very passionate about providing great service at all times! In addition they were patient as we pushed back or had delays from another project which was not their's but that of my own internal issues (which can happen!). They really care about helping customers succeed - both technically & business wise. Not much I dislike specifically aside from occasionally technical hurdles getting past them during rush hours/weekends when support may be more limited.- Design process flow improvements could use additional clarity / streamlining. Great communication skills & responsiveness throughout entire process. Very efficient process from initial contact all way through final delivery of product which has allowed us great success within tight timeframes! Highly recommended working agency who have been instrumental at helping me solve my UX challenges during this Covid pandemic period! Nothing that I can think about as being problematic so far - would strongly recommend you give them an opportunity if your looking into hiring external resources / partners!!
