Cannot stay locked

This collar is not suitable for dogs. We read the manual and followed the instructions closely to lock the mode so as not to shock the dog too much, but the fact that it's touchscreen makes it so that the dog's skin unlocks it and changes to shock him. WAY too much with excessive barking. This is not normal for us at all. It's a nice concept, but without a manual override switch instead of a "button" on the touchscreen, I can't in good conscience recommend it.
