Not exactly the product I wanted, the price and quality do not match.
The audio quality is "heaven and earth" worse than on the Flip 4. That sums up all the benefits. Apparently, those who want deep bass should listen to Flip 5. Of course they are; but, the remainder of the sound is muffled by their presence. I made an online purchase and then took it back to a popular retailer. If you still didn't pass, quit, etc., an equalizer (which you could get from the Playmarket or use with the in-built player/radio, if available) might fix the bass issue. This is a completely dispassionate opinion; perhaps a reader enjoyed the column.
- You can control the software from your smartphone, you can connect two speakers for "Stereo" mode, and you can connect a big number of speakers for "Party" mode; a carrying case is supplied.
- Issues with the sound and the size of the case.
